PROJECTS

Delivering technology results while keeping Veterans employed.

We deliver more than just a technology project. We manage the process from beginning to end – handling every detail on your behalf – while employing the men and women who have sacrificed so much to keep our country safe.

From national or regional wireless – to IOT or technology deployment projects – we can leverage our national veteran workforce to deliver projects inspired by your business vision. Leveraging our training platform and consistent processes, we’ll help you improve your speed to market and effectively manage costs – all while providing an invaluable service to our Veterans.

Below are some examples of projects Novation has completed.

FIBERTOWER - SPECTRUM REFRESH

FIBERTOWER – SPECTRUM REFRESH

Challenge • FiberTower owned 88 spectrum licenses across the U.S. and needed to demonstrate systems were operational in each market.

Solution • Novation deployed teams of veterans trained by Warriors4Wireless across the country and secured national agreements to provide WiFi services to VSOs in exchange for agreements to use their roof tops.

Results • All 88 markets were deployed in 180 days and FiberTower was later acquired by AT&T for it’s upcoming 5G rollout. Five, 2-man teams consisting of Veterans were deployed across the country for six months giving them practical experience on Telecom deployments. A majority are still with Novation.

SPRINT - AIRPOLE

SPRINT – AIRPOLE

Challenge • Sprint had an immediate need to expand network coverage utilizing the first ever system employing 2.5 wireless backhaul.

Solution • W4W trained Veterans deployed Airpole units initially in homes of Sprint Executives, Sprint Retail locations and later to designated strategic locations.

Results • Novation has now installed over 170 Airpole units and we are continuing to install an additional 500 in locations throughout the U.S.

SPRINT - MAGIC BOX DEPLOYMENT

SPRINT – MAGIC BOX DEPLOYMENT

Challenge • Sprint began the process of deploying their “Magic Boxes” in areas with weak network coverage. The outside organization Sprint had been using was able to only deploy 240 boxes in a 90-day period in these markets.

Solution • Novation deployed teams of veterans in six market locations around the US for three weeks.

Results • Over 1,200 units were deployed within a 3 week period in the six markets.
15 W4W program graduates were actively employed during this time and all went on to full time employment within the telecom industry.
